Most women come in thinking something is wrong with them. The first thing we do is show you what's actually going on in your nervous system and why the gap between who you know yourself to be and what keeps coming out of you is not a character flaw. It's a cycle. And cycles can change.
Through EFT tapping and somatic practice you stop trying to override what your body is doing and start working with it instead. This is where the shift happens, not in your head, but in your body. Right there in the session. Most women feel it within the first 30 minutes.

Not at all. Every session is fully guided, all you need to do is show up. Most women are surprised by how quickly it clicks and how much they feel in that first session. No experience, no preparation, no prior knowledge needed.

Completely. Therapy is incredibly valuable and it works in your head. EFT tapping works in your body. Most of our members are also in therapy and find the two complement each other powerfully. Therapy helps you understand what's happening. The Wild Middle helps your nervous system actually process it.

Because everything you've tried was built on top of the layer nobody addressed, your nervous system. The protocols, the supplements, the breathwork apps, they were all designed for a nervous system already in regulation. We build the ground first. Then everything else can land the way it was supposed to.

Every session is recorded and added to the resource library so you can tap along whenever works for you. That said, there is something that happens in a live session that a recording can't fully replicate. Your nervous system responds to being in the room with other regulated women. We encourage you to come live whenever you can.

Meet Carly & Ashley
Best friends since university. We've lived abroad together, traveled the world together, and now we're navigating the messy, magical middle, and building something we could find anywhere else.
We're both certified EFT practitioners and nervous system educators who share a love of tarot, astrology, and belly laughs that go on way too long.
Our experiences of perimenopause look different and that's exactly what makes this work so rich. Between us we bring the rage work, the identity shifts, the teacher lens, and a combined obsession with understanding the human journey from every angle possible.
Ashley's story stopped us both in our tracks. After labs showing hormone levels that should have left her bedridden — DHEA nearly at zero, gut in crisis — her doctor's exact words were: "The only reason you're still functioning is because of your nervous system work." All those years of practicing what she'd been teaching literally kept her upright when her biology was failing.
